> **Pros**: The possibility that the software delivers, in the sense of choosing the contents of your automation. The relation between the modelling tool and the scripting tool. Basically, if you explore the software suite enough, you are able to create scripts faster, by preparing the actions and modelling with the automation inserted directly. Fast and effective.

> **Cons**: Some bugs are still present, some user report crashes. Some error popups do not provide actual help at identifying the problem encountered. Basically, the core functionalities work fine, but the users may still stumble upon bugs that may hinder their effectiveness.
> 
> It was quite good, the application works nicely, the support team helps a lot and are quite fast in delivering fixes. The Pros definitely outweighs the Cons.
