> **Pros**: Modern designed software. Very aesthetic. Much different from all of the competitors I've seen, in a good way. Very simple to understand and use. Loving it so far. Nice to have instant access to a 2 week trial, month to month, and no salesperson. Pricing has 1 client minimum, so as a new agency you will only owe for one client instead of $100+ a month even without clients. No setup fees. No brainer for a new agency on a budget. In fact I'd take this over the other more expensive offerings regardless of price.  Nice to be able to chat with support from the app. Nice to have a great phone app for both client and caregiver. Cheap payroll service is also available I'm just starting to get signed up for that.

> **Cons**: I've seen one tech issue so far, trying to get sorted out with tech. No real official training. Training materials are a bit hard to dig through to find what you are looking for. But not hard to figure out so far on my own. Couple features weren't available yet I noticed right off the bat, including caregiver link to Google maps, and an applicant intake role... but there is a workaround for this by just making them inactive employees. That applicant feature slated for spring release. So they are working on all the items I've brought up.

> Overall I'm satisfied. I went through about 6 different ones in my research, and signed on a few as well. This was a breathe of fresh air in aesthetics. Think internet explorer from 1995 vs Google Chrome comparison to what's out there. They do have a bit of work to keep doing to continue beefing it up, but there appear to be. Time will tell.
