> **Pros**: Silvacom FMS is a great tool for managing facilities. I used to manually track all of my work orders, which was time-consuming but now it allows me to create and track work orders electronically, which has saved me a lot of time.

> **Cons**: The customer support can be slow to respond. I have had a few problems with Silvacom FMS over the past year. Sometimes, the customer support team took few days to respond to my inquiries.
