> **Pros**: Based on the harassing phones call we have received from SynergyPT, we want nothing to do with this company. There is nothing we would like about this company.
> 
> **Cons**: Daily phones calls from "Justin" demanding information about our business. Rude comments and ridiculous name calling when advised that we are happy with the EMR system that we currently use. It appears to me, that SynergyPT has asked children to make prank phone calls to various healthcare establishments.
