> **Pros**: The donor management is probably the best feature. Creating giving forms, tracking communication, all of that was good.

> **Cons**: Wir sind erst ein halbes Jahr dabei und sind bisher auf keine gravierenden Nachteile gestoßen. Für unsere Zwecke reichen die standardmäßig angebotenen Funktionalitäten in der Regel aus. Größere optische Anpassungen an die Spendenformular sind wahrscheinlich nur mit Hilfe der IT-Abteilung möglich, für uns hat es gepasst wie es ist.

> Migration der Daten aus Altsystem hat problemlos. Wenn man etwas IT-affin ist, kann man die Software ohne externe Entwickler einrichten. Bei Fragen erhält man vom Support rasche Hilfe und der Vertrieb steht auch nach dem Kauf noch als Ansprechpartner zur Verfügung. Mehrwert ergibt sich, wenn man neben dem Spendenformular auch das CRM nutzt und das E-Mail-System (Brevo) integriert. Aber es läßt sich bei vorhanden CRM auch nur das Spendenformular standalone einsetzen. Für uns war eine DSGVO-konforme Lösung von einem Dienstleister mit Sitz in der EU-wichtig.

> **Pros**: Die FundraisingBox ist für unsere Organisation das beste Programm zur Verwaltung der Adressen und Verbuchung der Spenden. Ich kenne bereits einige Programme auf dem Markt für diesen Bereich und die FundraisingBox ist mit Abstand das beste.

> **Cons**: Das Programm hat preislich deutlich angezogen, so dass wir uns von einigen Funktionen wieder trennen mussten, weil es für unsere kleine NGO zu teuer wurde.
> 
> Es ist ein tolles System, mit schönen Funktionen wie z.B. den Aufgaben, die unsere täglichen Arbeiten sehr vereinfachen. Ich finde das Programm sehr übersichtlich und intuitiv zu bedienen.
