Inconsistencies in some of the system admin pages, legacy information that should be removed or changed, terminology differences within the product. We need to be able to search not just for Store \# or City, but for Landlord names, Property Management Names, Addresses of the Store or the Landlord, Development/Complex Name, etc... and that is not available. You used to be able to review the rent schedule and make edits before the charges posted. If you mistype or entered something wrong, you cannot fix it before you post to the account.
