We utilized them mainly for their automated forms, which were very easy to use, create and edit. The website is also very easy to navigate. I loved the integration it had with my previous PIMS and allowed us to keep on top of changes to patient information, and helped us streamline our business and keep our forms compliant with legal requirements. > > **Cons**: I wish that they had a whole practice management platform.
