"My worst social media planner nightmare"

Pros:
None, the use of the app has been an nightmare
Cons:
Customer service [sensitive content hidden]) and app reliability are terrible. I have had problems posting video stories since the beginning of using the app. I schedule them but they never appear. Messages to customer service lead to nothing. Either they don't answer, or they make you try endlessly, or they keep asking the same questions.
Meanwhile, I don't use the app anymore either because it's completely unreliable. A refund of the annual subscription is all I want. I'm not paying for something that doesn't work.

Frustrating. Unreliable. NO Support. Tech issues never resolved. No Communication.
Pros:
Nothing. Tech issues for DAYS!! Scheduled posts did NOT go as scheduled! ETC!
Cons:
EVERYTHING!!! I WANT A REFUND...NOW!!!!!

Good. But I do with it had more integrations with other social planning programs. However, for scheduling posts and viewing layout, it's a great tool.
Pros:
I like the ability to schedule posts ahead of time and plan content for instagram and facebook while viewing the feed layout.
Cons:
I wish it had more capabilities - potentially an integration with Canva or Chat GPT. I also wish it could integrate with Meta Ads to view performance on paid content.

Overall, Planoly saves me time and makes being present on social media so much easier. I can really focus on my strategy and be more intentional with what I'm posting!
Pros:
I love using Planoly to schedule my social media! It makes planning, creating and posting my content super easy!
Cons:
Theres not really anything that I don't love about Planoly. It's affordable, and meets all of my expectations that I have for a social media planner.

Pros:
As a one-woman army, Planoly is my most trusted tool when it comes to social media scheduling for my baking business account. It saves you time, allows you to plan and schedule all compatible posts, and helps you maintain a library of your product pictures. I could not have asked for more but it's also helpful to plan content separately for each channel.
Cons:
Its a little expensive than its competitors like Plann and Later
