> **Pros**: The axele tms has been my life saver\!  I use this every single day.  Although the free version would probably work for my new trucking company,  we chose the paid pro version.  It's very inexpensive and does exactly what I need it to do.   From creating the load to billing its so easy with this program.  Axele also integrates with both my accounting and eld systems.

> **Pros**: We were early adopters as we saw the vision that the company had for tech in transportation.  There are some cool features and everything is relatively integrated.  The platform is simple enough that minimal training is necessary to launch the platform.

> **Cons**: Every time the developers start tweaking the software, it gets really buggy.  We've had loads disappear, incorrect driver settlements, features that randomly stop working.  When you contact support, you will be routed to a pakistani or indian support person and half the time you won't be able to understand them.All this started around the time that they tripled the price and offshored customer support.Before, you had a phone number to a guy that lived in a nearby state that could remedy your issues on the spot.Also your information is no longer secured in the US.  They chose to offshore in order to save money.  This makes me really queezie as  online security is a huge issue for small businesses.

> Loved them, hated them, loved them again, then they jacked the price so high that we started looking for a better domestic resource.  We have one and will be switching with the new year.
