Reviews of Heyflow
Heyflow is a time saver and CR optimizer for lead generation
Pros:
The ease of use while creating flows. It just took me 10 min to learn.
Cons:
Analytics could be improved but still are okay
Alternatives Considered: Unbounce and Typeform
Reasons for Switching to Heyflow: Much better fit to our needs
Best form builder I've ever used, and I've used a lot of them
Comments: I needed a consumer onboarding, similar to Noom, we had 21 slides to onboard a consumer. The analytics really helped me see where in the fomr they fell off.
Pros:
The analytics of being able to see where people drop out of the form is so awesome. I'm then able to reiterate quickly when I see a massive drop off on why people are not completing the form. I also love how it's truly customizable - from brand colors and fonts - to the size of the buttons - and it's all mobile friendly.
Cons:
I could complain that the price is higher than other forms, but it does provide that much more value so I don't mind paying it.Oh and after about 6 months, they don't store your data so you need to download your data or connect via Zapier to pull into another database or you lose that info.
Alternatives Considered: Jotform and Paperform
Switched From: Google Forms and Jotform
Reasons for Switching to Heyflow: More customizable, better UX
Flagged for Phishing, customer data risk
Comments: Terrible experience as their customer service handled this issue very poorly. I was on a trial which then paid for 1 month. After alerting the company of the security issues they said I didnt meet the criteria for a refund. I was disappointed they wanted me to risk my clients data. Please be very careful when considering HeyFlow fr your company or client.
Pros:
Unfortunately there were only cons while using this product
Cons:
When I signed up for Heyflow services on their website, the site stated that the site featured “data security and privacy” which can be found at their site: https://heyflow.com/features/data-security/. However, after I signed up and created a portal and the software was not able to work because it was Blacklisted. I was not able to use the software since large security online sites like [sensitive content hidden] blacklisted their company portal. The company did not deliver on the security aspect that was stated when I signed up. The portal is still blacklisted and gives security warnings. I can't risk my clients customers being a risk for a phising attempt.
Alternatives Considered: Formstack Sign
Reasons for Switching to Heyflow: We ended up canceling their services for security risks
Heyflow Response
We're truly sorry about your experience, Darren, and we appreciate you taking the time to provide your feedback. Ensuring the security and privacy of our users' data is a top priority for us, and we understand your concerns regarding the blacklisting issue you encountered. While we regret any inconvenience you faced, it's important to highlight that many of the reported issues could have been swiftly addressed, particularly during your trial period which is designed for exploring our platform's suitability for your needs. From our records, it appears that we provided guidance on how to address this issue both during your trial and after your (voluntary) transition to a paid plan. We'd like to also point out that we have auto-cancellation in place for expired trial periods without requiring any action. However, since you proactively signed up for a monthly plan, accepting our T&C's, we processed your cancellation as requested, but were unable to grant a refund for the first month.
HeyFlow is a good step up from Typeform and better than OutGrow
Comments: I like them, I would suggest HeyFlow. Their team is also very nice and prompt in their responses.
Pros:
The interface is much better looking, and has a high customisation rate compared to Typeform plus it allows you many more opportunities to track. The built-in Facebook CAPI is also great.
Cons:
The buil in CAPI sends the data back in a ay that facebook always shows me 2-3 times more results than I actually have. Also the interface takes some time to learn how to use.
Fast, Easy, Best-In-Class Conversion Rate
Comments: Very happy. Great to use, excellent customer support. We're moving all our lead projects to this tool.
Pros:
Very fast and easy to use. A page builder + form builder. Simple integrations work well and are easy to set up. We built a form for a client in less than an hour, hooked it up via their Email, and started generating leads on Facebook for 80% less than their previous form achieved.
Cons:
Pay per impression (although it's not expensive). Sharing & Collaboration options are limited and need to be built out.
