> **Pros**: The easy to use dashboard and very quick customer care chat whenever I need it. The team have always been so happy to help out with any of my requests and issues along the way. Which has not always been easy running a new business with so many moving parts.

> **Cons**: The price for the app is unatainable for a small studio like mine with just 8x weekly classes. I wish they would have a small studio sliding scale price point for the app especially but across all their products really.

After having an account, customers can make purchases with one click and they have an easy overview of all packages in their account.

> The team at Arketa has been exceptional, from our first intro call to all the setup calls we had it has gone without a hitch. > **Pros**: The support team is one of the biggest things that stands out to me. They are incredibly helpful, respond quickly, and will even send personalized videos to walk me through something—whether I cannot find a feature, am trying to set up something new, or accidentally made a mistake. I also love Arketa’s tracking capabilities. Although it is an investment, I can clearly see how much revenue we have generated through automations, no-show fees, and other features, which makes the value very apparent. The built-in substitute management and calendar scheduling are also amazing. We previously needed a separate platform for those tasks, so having everything in one place has made managing our studio much easier.

> **Cons**: The payroll reporting could be more robust. I currently have to export the data and run it through another system to check for scheduling overlaps, potential conflicts, and changes between pay periods. I would love to see more built-in payroll analysis, including the ability to compare totals from one pay period to another and automatically flag possible overlaps. I would also appreciate more customization within the widgets and purchase pages. For example, I have not been able to adjust certain widget dimensions, which means users sometimes have to scroll. It would be great if these pages offered customization similar to a website editor, although this has not been a major issue overall.

> Overall, my experience with Arketa has been amazing. It has given us better systems, stronger reporting, and more opportunities to automate and streamline our studio’s operations. I love the app, our members love the app, and the support we receive from the Arketa team makes such a difference. There are a few features I would love to see expanded, especially within payroll and widget customization, but I also feel confident that the team listens to feedback and will continue improving the platform. Arketa has absolutely been worth the investment for our business\!

> **Pros**: The live chat support is very helpful and prompt\! Once I got the hang of how things worked, I do feel like it is easy to manage\! The automations and forms are top notch compared to other competitors- I really enjoy these and the simplicity they offer\!\! I love the recurring booking feature. We do not utilize the app as we do all our booking and cancellations through our gym manager and it is very easy to manage\!

> **Cons**: Occasionally someone on the live chat gives me a wrong answer which is wildly frustrating. All of these systems have their own quirks, and once you get used to them it really is not hard\! In the beginning it was a huge learning curve. I will say I felt the onboarding was not stellar as I was left with A LOT of questions\!

> Very good\! Especially once you get used to the intricacies it is very easy to manage and finagle what you need to be specific to your gym\! I am not planning on switching\!
