Never collaborate with them, in order to save a lot of stress.
Pros:
They know very well to get you on board. Until something goes wrong...
Cons:
What did not go wrong? I had a subscription (Premium) for Issuu to share my publications. I had 100 unlisted slots as an extra fee. Suddenly, without noticing, they reduced this to 50 slots. Which means that, if I wanted to replace one of my unlisted slots, I removed one publication (having 99 unlisted slots) but I was not able to upload a new publication. In other words, Issuu changed the terms of my subscription without noticing me.
After contacting customer service and asking for a solution (just let me have the 100 unlisted slots), I get a lot of vague answers and explanations. But no solution. My proposal to end the subscription and the return the rest of the money for the rest of the subscription period is not granted. Every time I have a different customer service agent, who does not know the situation.
I just warn you: don't subscribe for their services. I would rather suggest to use FlipHTML5. Way cheaper, better service and saves a lot of frustration.

We have emailed back and forth with their bots at least 4X over a period of days. It's a complete waste of time. One of our publications isn't loading and they do not care, as we are paid up for another 11 months.
Pros:
We have used it for well over a decade. It provides the fundamentals. And historical issues are available.
Cons:
The support is non-existent. If you reach out all you get is bot replies. No matter what you say or provide, there is no human to help resolve a problem. And pricing continues to go up beyond what all of their competitors are charging. There is no reason to stay with issuu.

Using Issue has been a fun experience and a great way to showcase creative designs easily. It is incredibly easy to create interactive designs that reflect your brand. Whether souvenir booklets, project summaries, presentations and more, it's a great way to showcase your designs.
Pros:
I like the ability to quickly convert my PDF files into beautifully published designs that are interactive. The isn't a steep learning curve so it was easy to hop right in and create. I like the range of features offered such as sharing, embed, interactive links and the fact that there is a free plan available.
Cons:
I don't like that they have eliminated some of the features that were once included in their free plan. The paid plans can be a bit cost prohibitive if you have a limited number of designs to convert over the period of a year for example.

For the year that I worked with the Issuu platform it was great.

Issuu was very easy to learn, I used it for 1 year.
I liked the storage system that they had.
Overall my experience was great!
Cons:
The cost of the yearly subscription quadrupled.
The customer service took.
I did not like the fact that I used and learned and then had to switch companies

"Zero customer service, rising subscription rates with no way to cancel"

I would be very careful before subscribing to this service - it is impossible to cancel. I've submitted multiple "requests" to cancel to no avail.
Pros:
It accomplished what we were looking for at the time (displaying PDFs in a clean format). No additional comments.
Cons:
I've been shocked by their lack of customer service, complete unreachability, and constantly rising subscription prices.
