> **Pros**: Accede Maps is very easy to use. After a brief training, our drivers are able to navigate with no problems. For the field service functions, we want the driver be able to send a SMS to the next customer alerting the time of arrival, also to have their job schedule and the best routes to take displayed and easy to understand.

> **Cons**: The only complain from  drivers is the missing information about new areas where we need to deliver services but it is something we hope the programers are working on.
> 
> The experience with Accede Maps has been amazingly positive with the best cost/benefit rate. The price is affordable and it reports a bunch  benefits, such as a quantitative increase of productivity, reduction in failures and  saving in effort and time.

> **Cons**: Google maps create a few issues for us,  sometimes changing addresses to different suburbs. As a lot of our work is on new areas we have a work around solution, but the drivers can get confused sometimes.

Can see only current day unable to switch to previous etc.
