Für unsere Personalgewinnungsmaßnahmen reichen die freien Kontingente aktuell absolut aus, was das Taledo zu einem echten Gewinn für unser Unternehmen macht. Zudem ist das Tool sehr nutzerfreundlich, Anzeigen können einfach geschaltet und Kandidaten ideal durch den Prozess begleitet werden.

> **Cons**: Wir haben im IT-Bereich keinen riesigen Bewerberzulauf über das Tool, erhalten aber immer mal wieder gute Kandidaten über Taledo. Da wir den Basis-Service kostenlos nutzen können ist das für uns auch absolut in Ordnung so. Sicher würde man hier noch eine bessere Performance erreichen, wenn man in den "Bezahlmodus" wechselt.

> Taledo ergänzt unsere Personalgewinnungsmaßnahmen optimal und wir möchten nicht mehr auf das Tool verzichten. Auch wenn der Bewerberfluss im kostenfreien Modell nicht riesig ist, erhalten wir regelmäßig passende Kandidaten und können diese auch noch direkt über das Tool durch unseren Prozess führen. Insgesamt sind wir sehr zufrieden und werden Taledo sicher auch in der Zukunft sehr gerne nutzen.

Loved the video sourcing tools, the easy-to-navigate software, and the amount of easily accessible qualified candidates for the positions we were hiring for. The account managers were of great support when needed and took away a lot of stress from our recruiting process.

> **Cons**: No option for payroll yet available which would make the software even more complete.
