> **Pros**: Functionality and the fact that it is being continuously improved on, excited about what was to come in the future. Feeling a valued customer, not a number. Having an account manager to speak with.

> **Cons**: The cost of add ons like the warehouse management system, wasn't expecting that to be so much money and was under the impression improvements would be apart of the current system, not sold as very expensive (same price as P4) add ons.

> Good experiance on the whole, we had bugs and issues at the very start but these have very much improved.

> Great team of people, developing an evolving software that has great potential. Just slighting miss routed, and have to go through a lot of pain and detriment to your company to get it where it needs to be. When it properly works, it’s great.

> **Cons**: Lack of flexibility and scope to change. Doesnt do much development. If module is not popular, minimal focus on improvements. Recently set up new business with different ERP which is $600 PA and has better functionality than profit plus

> Overall system is more visually better than previous ERP but lacks sufficiently where the ability was there with previous ERP
