> **Pros**: - planning of guillotine cutter, two cross cutters and three reel slitting machines (complex multistep production) can be managed by two former secretaries without any technical education
- stress reduction for planners
> 
> **Cons**: - not aware of any aspects (continuous development of any new challenge)
> 
> \- savings of hundreds thousands €/year due to the reduction of edge trims, side runs and not useable overproduction
- growth of productivity in finishing area due the improved planning of cross/guillotine cutters
- planning is now more fun than any job now
