> **Pros**: Heartbeat stands out for the simplicity of its interface. I find it very useful for working directly with clients.

> **Cons**: In general, I have nothing against it. As a social network I find it impeccable. The support team is very active and I really like the new training solutions. The only downside is that it competes with project managers in terms of time. I would like the possibility to choose a server in Europe.

> I started testing it with my work team to replace Whatsapp. I am currently preparing my first courses. It is more agile than Wordpress.

I hate Facebook groups and the like.
