> **Pros**: The way the company onboarded our firm took all the stress and fear out of implementing a new tech product. It was such a simplified process that has just been a breeze. And the hours of saved billable time and protection for our firm is the cherry on top.

> **Cons**: The only con is the pre recorded message about the calls being recorded, it will be great when we can personalise it.

> 5 star, 10 out of 10, seamless and stress free. I reconmend it for very firm from sole practice to the largest of firms. You cannot put a price on our precious time.

> **Cons**: Review from the Founder&#10;&#10;From the very first contact, this company showed a lack of professionalism. My CEO clearly stated our requirements, including essential features like call whisper, barge, and monitoring. Their sales representative responded by telling her that our company did not need those features. Telling a CEO what her company needs is unacceptable and out of line.&#10;&#10;Instead of focusing on business, he attempted to talk about New Zealand and even displayed a screensaver, which had nothing to do with our operational needs.&#10;&#10;We still gave them a chance. We reached out for support and received no response for more than a week. No urgency and no accountability.&#10;&#10;When we tested the platform, the call quality was extremely poor. Clean audio became fuzzy and distorted. The AI offering could not make up for the basic failure in audio performance. There are providers delivering high call clarity, full functionality, and AI at a lower cost.&#10;&#10;This service failed in professionalism, support, and performance. It is not suitable for any serious business operation.
