Comments: Love it and also the responsiveness of dev team.
Pros:
Easy to take notes while on a call and send notes to our firm’s management software (Karbon) once the call is done. Love the dark mode.

Wish we could set DND status from mobile app.

connected to MyCase. Easy to manipulate the phone tree

I don't like that we can't get photos on mobile, but I think yall are fixing that

Excellent VOIP Provider
Comments: Excellent customer service. No issues with calls both with clarity and connections. Excellent integration with CRM system
Pros:
The main reason for switching was the integration with my CRM. I can now see the caller ID for who is calling and easily add notes to the CRM following a call. The call recording feature will also be useful as, although not needed to as yet, allows me to check information on certain calls
Cons:
Not being able to pay monthly as I only require one connection

Cost-saving, but good quality VoIP
Comments: Love it, very easy and very convenient to use!
Pros:
• the convenience of receiving calls straight to your phone • Contacts are very accessible; i love how i can see the contacts from JobAdder and contact from my phone in one go (our previous provider didn't have this feature so we had to migrate manually) • VXT support - fast and friendly! • Voicemail transcription - saves me time to listen to VMs
Cons:
• The mobile app was not available for download in the Philippines when we first started but that's all fixed now. • Sometimes I don't get notified (on my phone) when a text message comes through. Usually this happens when I have my VXT app open on my laptop at the same time

What I appreciate about VXT is its simplicity and straightforwardness, making it incredibly user-friendly. It provides all the features I need to make my work more efficient and easy to manage. One feature I particularly like is the note-taking capability, which allows me to jot down notes in real-time while speaking with candidates on the phone. This functionality is seamlessly integrated with JobAdder, enabling me to automatically save and organize my notes, ensuring that I never miss important details from my conversations.
Cons:
So far, I haven't encountered any difficult features or challenging situations while using VXT. It includes all the tools I need to simplify my work, along with additional features like call transfer that I can utilize. The platform is intuitive and user-friendly, making it easy to navigate and use effectively. Everything has been working perfectly for me, and there hasn't been a single aspect that I dislike. The seamless integration of its features into my workflow has significantly enhanced my productivity and efficiency.

Great solution!
Comments: It has been incredible; we are still early days but VXT will allow us provide a better service to our clients and grow our own internal team.
Pros:
The initial sales team and onboarding process were flawless. The solution itself has the most intuitive UX I've encountered. The integration with our ATS is by far the best I've come across. I'm very impressed!
Cons:
We are unable to use emojis in text messages. We talk to a lot of people, and it's sometimes to our contractors who are working with clients. We like to send some fun messages to keep in light-hearted.

Pros:
Being able to record and transcribe all calls if necessary.
Cons:
Not a big deal or a fault of VXT as such, though the fact we need to remember to advise callers that the calls are being recorded.

Comments: Very positive. Assistance is personal and always helpful.
Pros:
Ease of use, Integration with our CRM, call quality.
Cons:
There are very few negatives if any. On occasion the call quality drops. When this happens it does go below acceptable but it is very rare. I think this happens with any voip, so wouldn't be fair to put much weight into that when comparing.

-There is no option to search for a specific contact or previous conversation in the inbox, so I often have to scroll through numerous calls and messages.

Great integration with exisiting software and easy to manage
Comments: We now have better record keeping of phone calls due to the Actionstep integration and it has been really easy to set up dedicated lines in response to business requirements.
Pros:
Easy set up with the VXT team, [SENSITIVE CONTENT] was available the whole way through. The software is really easy to use and fairly self explanatory. VXT actively listen to client feedback and make adjustments to the software when it is clearly of benefit to clients/users.
Cons:
There was a minor feature to do with searching a contact which was a little annoying as it had an extra step/click involved. VXT took the user/client feedback on board and adjusted the search function at the beginning of 2022 and now no annoyance.
The next generation VOIP solution
Pros:
Its ease of use, integration with our practice management software and great team supporting their product.
Cons:
Integration with headset hardware would be a plus.
Better functionality, great service
Comments: VXT has been extremely helpful for us. We no longer have to rely on a third party to change our call flow and voice messages for public holidays. We can record time and notes directly into our case management system from the VXT app. The transcription of voicemails is a nice touch. The VXT team have been very responsive and helpful during our transition.
Pros:
VXT has amazing functionality. It gives the customer full control of their call flows, users and messages, and integrates with other services (such as ActionStep).
Cons:
We have only had minor issues with VXT, which have been quickly resolved by the customer support team.
