> **Pros**: - Active communication channel and community
- System based control sets which prevents any unwanted mistakes

> **Cons**: - Hard assessment and not return of investment ( I spent so much time to pass those assessments but never get a reward)
- Impossible to get missions
- High amount of duplication for findings, they don't provide any info related to previous findings.
- Low report evaluation criterias
- Low payment
> 
> I was in Synack for almost 3 years and I have many critical findings but have never received payment. This is because the report review team calls every report a duplicate and there are too many researchers.  Just keep your expectations low, it's hard to be a part of the team but doesn't make any sense afterwards.
