> I am very new to using Jungle Scout or AMZ scout. AMZ offered a free trial of 7 days which was useful for me to understand how my investment can benefit me on a longer run. It is not about using the product and then asking for a refund if I don’t like the product. 
It would be better if a new user is able to spend a little bit of time to understand the over process and test and try before going for the subscription. 
Besides your monthly pricing structure is 60% higher then AMZ pricing. I understand you have a few more features then AMZ but 60% pricing difference is a lot for a new starter like me.
