> **Pros**: The idea behind what they do is great and having a central place where students and individuals can request transcripts is great...unfortunately they don't stand by their product.
> 
> **Cons**: After having to use it, they don't offer you a tracking number so you don't know that it was actually sent or arrived. Their customer support is terrible and unfortunately their mistakes can cost students thousands of dollars in scholarships.
