Comments: Overall very good. easy program to use and navigate

Employee hub-really easy friendly and easy to navigate
Cons:
We need the unpaid hours to be added in the system as we do not have this function yet.
Excellent software with great support
Comments: My experience with Cintra is very positive. The implementation process was very thorough. The software is excellent and the support on the software is very helpful. We also have our payroll outsourced and the processing team is brilliant, very helpful, knowledgeable and always meets expectations. I would recommend Cintra highly.
Pros:
The software is very easy to navigate and use, the support for the software is also excellent. The implementation process was very thorough and well managed.
Cons:
The only improvement I can think of at the moment is a new starter wizard, that takes you through all windows in personnel and employment records in one go. Currently the new starter wizard on the Cintra Cloud does some but not all, so you need to then go in to Cintra and complete the rest of the information required.
Alternatives Considered: Frontier, Sage HR and Knovos Cascade
Reasons for Choosing Cintra: For an integrated HR and payroll software and to outsource payroll processing.
Reasons for Switching to Cintra: Recommendation by another company in the same industry built confidence of delivery, which was met.
Cintra review
Comments: Cintra have always been knows as a 'can do' company. Support slipped and long term customers could really notice the difference. Cintra recognised this and performance improved. The team are very friendly and continue to provide the best support they can.
Pros:
I've been a Cintra client for over 20 years. It was in place when I joined Hiscox and haven't had a reason to change the system. We upgraded from the classic Cintra system to Cintra IQ just before the original lockdown in February 2020.
Cons:
Yes, the personal details screen in the classic system held data which is now found on about a dozen different screens

Comments: We have been using Cintra for payroll and are very pleased with the service. The platform is good and we work well together. Recommended!

Online Payroll Provider
Comments: We are pleased with the service overall and happy with the efficiency of the data entry process and reporting. We also have operations in other countries and we would ideally like to be able use Cintra in other countries if the same service was available overseas.
Pros:
We like the ease use when entering payroll data every month, and the ability to see changes in real time as data is entered. There is a messaging portal to exchange queries which are answered promptly. Reporting output provides detailed reports, payslips, payroll summaries, pension reports etc in a zip file every month
Cons:
There are some aspects of the system which cannot be entered directly into the portals and need to be submitted via an uploaded spreadsheet. The main screen details to showing only 20 records which is frustrating (we would like to see all records as default).
Great system and outsourced team
Comments: Very positive. The Cintra Cloud system is great, and we have an outsourced payroll team who handles everything for us. All I have to do is input any changes on my side (joiners, leavers, pay etc.), and our dedicated team ensures that everything is processed correctly and in accordance with regulatory guidelines. Another aspect I appreciate is that the development team are always looking for ways to improve the system.
Pros:
The Cintra Cloud system is extremely easy to understand and navigate. Inputting payroll changes on my side, with the system doing the necessary recalculations and always being up-to-date, is a game changer!

There are no particular cons that come to mind.

The initial transaction last year was a bit problematic, but it's now all sorted and very happy with the support I receive from the team

How easy the process it is to approve payroll, now that they have a button to press instead of messaging.
Cons:
It can be a bit difficult to add or change an employees pay rate.

My Just Payroll Services Cintra experience
Comments: I had great help and support from my team at Cintra. Very pro active and quick to reply, and great at taking away my unease at being new to the UK payroll business. The team was patient with my questions and very knowledgeable, and the software easy to use. I would highly recommend using Cintra.
Pros:
Personal contact with dedicated team support. Always follow up to any question and dealing with a team who cares.
Cons:
Cintra could improve the availability and timing of their ISO/SOX reporting!

Comments: Positive, Cintra certainly provides a more personal and attentive service when compared to other market leaders such as ADT. The clear continued development of the Cintra cloud software shows that the software and company isn't stagnant in its approach and with a strong knowledgeable service team behind them Cintra continues to play an important and reliable role in our business
Pros:
Cintra does not unnecessarily over complicate its interface and controls, the system is laid out in a logical minimalistic way that does not require a great deal of internal training to use. The messaging system is a useful tool to have all important payroll correspondence handily stored away from your busy email inbox and you can guarantee a fast response from the service team who are attentive and knowledgeable.
Cons:
My only gripe with Cintra is the lack of access to create custom reports - with the stand alone payroll software I have used previously one of the biggest advantages was the speed in which you could create and run custom reports to display precisely the information you require. Whilst we do receive this information from Cintra there is always the additional step of manipulating the data in excel to only display the pertinent information
Cintra Cloud - A simplified payroll solution
Pros:
Cintra Cloud is an easy to use and intuitive tool. The software is continually being updated and new features added to further enhance the platform. We currently have no requirements for integration into other applications but we are looking into rolling out a new T&A system that can easily be integrated into the Cloud to reduce the need for manual interventions.
Cons:
We are not currently missing any features on Cintra Cloud versus our previous system and we are currently in the process of migrating another of our UK businesses onto the platform which is being fully supported by the Cintra Implementation Team with regular progress updates.
Why have you waited
Comments: Cintra are responsive, they will always try their very best to support you or the whole organisation in making the system work for you.
Pros:
The software is just so useable, you build the system so the data is in the way in which you want it! Anything in the system is reportable and you can design them yourself! there really is nothing like it on the market!
Cons:
Nothing, the software for me is exactly what I need, the great thing is it is always developing

Reasons for Switching to Cintra: The offer of support! the fact people would always be there for you, it wasn't buy the product, go through a build and that's it we are done! they have continued to work with us
Excellent product & Service
Comments: Easy to use product, great having the same personal contact each month to process payroll and extremely helpful with any questions, queries. Reports are done quickly each month and any changes, updates with the system are explained thoroughly.
Pros:
Very user friendly and training is given if changes are made to the system.
Cons:
Integration was quite straightforward, being able to view 'old' reports is the only con.
Integrated Cintra IQ
Comments: Cintra are a great family who do their best to make sure you can run your payrolls, pay your people and do all the statutory stuff!
Pros:
The integrated payroll and HR systems - so we only had to input once! Reporting is great - totally configurable Brilliant Gender Pay Reporting feature On-line payslips
Cons:
The training side isn't as detailed as our previous system

Cintra iQ - great support, great product
Comments: Always great support, very friendly team members, no query is ever unimportant , emails are answered promptly
Pros:
The product is easy to use , there are many functions not being used by this organization which could be beneficial - but that is outside of my remit. All of the standard payroll functions are straightforward to use.
Cons:
The reporting function isn't very user friendly - there are too many different fields to choose from and without being an expert at designing reports it can be a big task to do these. I end up running the report and then manually manipulating the data to get the exact result I require...
Payroll feedback
Comments:
Once we made the change to Cintra they promised to hold our hands until we were ready to let go....they honored their promise and at such a daunting time we continued to pay staff accurately and on time!
[SENSITIVE CONTENT]on the support desk has played a huge part in helping us to achieve the above.
Pros:
It is an integrated system for both HR and Payroll. Date driven therefore calculates back dated payments. The support team is always on hand and the knowledge and expertise [SENSITIVE CONTENT]holds are invaluable.
Cons:
Penions and reporting as the system does not report on notional pay therefore need for excel intervention. Again with pensions manual intervention required when on reduced pay to fix the band.
Cintra Implementation
Comments:
A very professional and friendly team and pain free experience from start to end.
Would highly recommend Cintra.
Pros:
Very easy to navigate. Access to current and past data is available easily. The messaging service is a great way to communicate securing and also keeps track of all messages.
Cons:
Would have preferred if Cintra could have taken over all the pension file updates through to uploading the file to the provider but there was quite a bit of tweaking involved.

Comments: Integration was allowed to be phased in which was really good as it allowed the users to be familiar with the product before moving on to the next stage with confidence

GANT Review
Comments: Good experience but sometimes it feels there is a lack of willingness to help on occasions and we incur a lot of extra charges that we previously hadn't with our last payroll provider.
Pros:
The development team are very supportive and consistently provide regular updates that in turn support the submission of our payroll. I like the payroll calculation button the most, we are waiting for this to be launched.
Cons:
Only HR receive edit reports, our store managers process payroll but do not receive a report to check. The messaging system can be difficult to track.
