> **Cons**: Not being able to phone someone when the problem needs fixing there and then. Ticket system is good and I'm happy to have lots of articles to read through if needed, however, sometimes help is required urgently.

> Overall I'm happy with the current care we receive, our account manager is really knowledgeable and has helped us many times. I like the system and I'm happy to be using it.

> **Pros**: Processes are quick, straight forward and it is very user friendly. Importing of hours and new starters is really easy. Opportunity to run multiple companies through it effortlessly, as well as pay methods. Also nice to look at. Worker portal is useful and the reports by and large are really helpful.

> **Cons**: The core error issue when processing payroll can hold things up for us. Also initial training on how to use the system I feel could be a slightly better. Initial set up of having to transfer all worker data over ourselves troublesome.

> Overall experience is really good. Aware of areas that we need looking into and are very willing to rectify any issues. Really supportive and helpful.

> **Pros**: CodaPay is a great modern system that is clearly designed with the user in mind.  Fresh looking, easy to use, maintain and process, it's all about enhancing processes and efficiencies to get the job done.  CodaPay is constantly being upgraded with a support team on hand should there be any queries, issues or guidance required.

> **Cons**: Whilst the system is great, there are times when a system change, bespoke solution or custom feature is required.  Unless it is already part of the core functionality, there will be a cost to develop and implement those changes which can prove costly.
> 
> A brilliant piece of software that continues to adapt, grow and improve over time.  I'd have no problem in recommending the product\!
