> **Pros**: The programming is easy to use and anticipated so many needs. But the BEST thing is the customer service\! Coming from a service that would take days to respond, Helmbot’s almost immediate support response is amazing\!

> Fantastic\! From the start, a live person spent unrushed time answering all of our purchasing questions. During set up, we had constant support, including hour long video calls to teach us the platform. We loved that we could work through set up entirely to learn the ins and outs before officially purchasing the platform. They believe in their product and stand by the quality. Support doesn’t end there\! We’ve had no trouble having any questions or troubles addressed immediately. To clarify, the programming runs very smoothly… the troubles/questions are usually on our end\!

> **Cons**: Not being able to text customers directly was an issue in the beginning. Some of the reporting could be more robust but we make it work.

> Overall, we have been quite happy with HelmBot, the fact that it started out to help the float industry manage their business has been helpful. It's very user friendly, especially for those that are not tech savvy, it helps a great deal.

> **Pros**: It’s so easy to schedule appointments (for the customer and staff). It’s visually attractive, and the customer service can’t be beat.

> **Cons**: To say I like something the least is tough because Helm is very well thought out and created but for the sake of the question, the retail side could be just a bit better with regards to running brand specific reports/ Product sales, and order creation. Again, still well done compared to other self care/ wellness software.
