It would also be nice if we could group content blocks and duplicate them across different newsletters (rather than having to save, then individually paste across (e.g.) heading, image, text, CTA). I really like the form / email flow functionality too, including how it's presented. Pricing based on functionality rather than audience size also felt a lot less punitive than MailChimp (which I used for almost 10 years before finally migrating, as costs were spiralling and I found myself archiving contacts to remain under the 10k audience threshold) - much better value for money (although I believe this pricing structure is soon changing).
