> **Pros**: It is easy to use, quick, and reliable. I am able to pull every type of report I need, and when I have feedback, the company is very quick and responsive. I feel like I am talking to real people, rather than a cast of rotating characters. It's also pretty easy to use from the internet app on my phone so I can pull reports on the go if needed (which in my field, is sometimes needed\!)

> **Cons**: It's very nit-picky but when the reports are pulled, the borders are a dark black, and since much of my use of these reports is copying and pasting into other spreadsheets, it adds an extra step. But otherwise, I am very happy with the results I get.

Instead of a cast of revolving characters, I feel like I'm speaking with actual individuals. It's also rather simple to use from my phone's internet app, allowing me to grab reports on the go if necessary.
