> **Pros**: We like having inspections in one portal to monitor status, that photos are sized automatically, deferred maintenance is easily identified, and that the vendor can customize to most lenders' required report forms.  Since the portal maintains the forms, the user does not need to keep up with form changes.   It is available to both in-house inspectors and third-party inspectors. The data-to-data transfer, where applicable, eliminates uploading or emailing finalized reports.  From a management perspective, it is an efficient tool.

> **Cons**: Not all inspectors prefer to use the portal due to ease of use and cost.  The movement within the input fields does not always mirror the report output, which takes getting used to.  The user preparation for data uploads is time consuming, since it involves querying data from another system. But it is a necessary step in the process.

> The overall experience has been relatively good.  The people are easy to work with and welcome feedback on improvements.  With a growing number of forms available, it is becoming a more valuable tool.

> **Pros**: The Varro platform has consolidated all of our inspections into one location. We complete inspections for many lenders on many different forms and Varro makes entering the information easy and consistent. Varro lets me track all of my inspections and one place and makes reporting easy. The product we are turning in to the lender is now more consistent and has a polished look.

> **Cons**: Nothing I don't like about Varro, just wish we could house our financials here too.

> The team at Varro is amazing. They are always easy to reach and respond quickly. The Varro team trains our summer intern every year as well. Varro has saved us so much time and made us much more efficient. I'd never go back to the old way of completing inspections.

> **Pros**: This software saves our company time and money.  We can use the portal to access all of our Inspections and each Lender has their form loaded into the system already.  So it's just a matter of updating the pertinent information each year and it's done.  It's a win win for the Inspector and the Servicer.  Everything is all in one place and organized.

> **Cons**: There isn't anything I don't like.  The most time consuming part is loading in the loans and after that everything is easy to navigate.

> I have worked with Varro and Real Integrated Technology for years.  They are easy to work with and will help you with anything you need and in a timely manner.  They are positive and upbeat and experts in this field.  All inspections are done on time and the portal is user friendly.  I would recommend them to anybody.
