I long for the ability to check student view, as I never know how what I enter is being perceived by my classes. > > In comparison to a tool like Google Classroom, I find Blackbaud to be frustrating. The people finder and find me now feature is nice. There are a lot of fine tuned settings if you know where to look. > > **Cons**: Reporting is antiquated and lacking development, even though BB has promised a better system for the last 2 years. The reports are basic column and rows exports with virtually no interactive matrices or graphically advanced metric tools. It takes 10-20 clicks just to get to a basic report encompassing more than one student, teacher or class. Onrecord does not connect well with Raiser's Edge or Financial Edge as seamlessly as they advertise.
