Everything stayed synchronised in real time, which reduced stock discrepancies and made it much easier to manage products across multiple channels. The checkout process was fast and straightforward, helping improve customer experience at the till. It was also easy to set up and train staff on, which made daily operations smoother. The reporting tools were useful as well, giving clear insights into sales performance and customer behaviour without needing separate systems. > > **Cons**: What I liked least about Shopify POS was that some of the more advanced features depend heavily on higher tier subscriptions or add ons, which can increase overall cost quickly. The system can also feel a bit limited when it comes to deep customisation for very specific retail workflows.
