> **Pros**: We mainly work in the Reviews tab, but I love the Reply Templates. It makes it so easy to just choose a reply and go on to the next one. Integration seemed flawless. Very easy to use and understand. The Dashboard is a great tool to see views, etc.

> **Cons**: There isn't anything I've come across that I would change or that I've found to be difficult. The program is put together very well.
