It is simple to use, intuitive and covers all bases for an SME to manage risk with easy to use and easy to follow data entry and results. Results can be exported in easy to read diagrams for board members. GOAT was our first move away from an excel-managed risk set-up and it has transformed how we track, control and mitigate risks, as well as how we report on them. Whilst we don't currently do this, you can add stakeholders as users to enable wider risk management and interaction and make this a focus or hub for all department leads. > > **Cons**: Nothing jumps out as a 'least like'; the system is good value for money and works as expected. In time, I think AI tools could be introduced to support on some of the administrative tasks involved in using the software but, at the time of engaging with GOAT, the service provision and induction has been great. > > The initial demonstration, negotiation and onboarding were all simple and easy - which adds a lot of value to a busy CFO.
