Thankfully its quite rare. And WATI reports correctly that it wasn't delivered. > > When we needed a way to integrate Whatsapp functionality into our win32 Claims management software (Proclaim) I was able to narrow it down to a few for testing. The RET API Wati have implemented is very good, easy to develop for and works well. The web GUI and template maintenance system is also very easy to use. I had to use WATI support to troubleshoot a brief outage one time in the last year, but it was resolved quickly. Their support got back to me quickly and communicated well. The lack of transparency and poor communication makes it very hard to trust this company, especially for businesses relying on real-time messaging.
