> **Pros**: Simpelweg dat het werkt en logisch is opgebouwd. Offertes maken geeft goede duidelijk overzichten en tóch veel mogelijkheden. Projecten kan ik goed kwijt en goed plannen. Support tickets en integratie met Microsoft 365 E-mail. Nu is er ook een AI gelanceerd waaarin tickets worden samengevat, super handig voor klanten die ellenlange mails sturen.

> **Cons**: Je kunt custom velden aangeven en sommige hiervan zou ik zelf denken dat die standaard zouden moeten zijn. Maar tegelijkertijd denkt iedereen hier waarschijnlijk anders over. De kolommen lijnen niet altijd lekker uit, maar dat is dus echt muggenzifterij.

> Erg goed, reageren snel op mails betreft support vragen. Als je een 'custom' aanpassing wil voor bijvoorbeeld een WeFact koppeling werken ze hier aan mee. Behulpzaam team.

Also the Customer Support of Inserve is perfect. They listen to our wishes and really helped us with a seamlessly switch from our former ticketing system. The integrations with other products are also very good.

> **Cons**: The full overview for an agent can be a bit better. It took some time for us to get used to this new overview. We provided inserve with some Ideas on how to get this better and more complete.
