The way other systems are costed was disproportionate to the usage we would have. Also, Dawn is so helpful, in my new role I’m dealing with a lot of different systems and struggling immensely with trying to get an account manager or a customer support person to actually listen to me and help me with an issue I have. I appreciate for bigger companies who have multiple buildings it’s probably required but for our version it feels that may be a lie to touch back system admin would be potentially better. She provides such prompt responses and is so efficient when we wanted things changed or needed to edit our package.
