Such a supportive platform for our business!

5.0 7 months ago

Comments: Very good, can not recommend enough. From the initial set up in several locations to the ongoing support to all of our team members has been great.

Pros:

The initial set up process was very smooth and the StoreKit team have offered continued support throughout.

Cons:

Our teams have faced challenges with introducing the platform to certain guests. Thankfully, we have created solutions and this seems to be a issue which we run in to less frequently now.

Great product.. Expensive but customer care is super friendly

4.0 3 years ago

Comments: Good

Pros:

Easy to use and setup the store. I wanted more features which are listed below.

Cons:

Order downloads doesn't work well. For composite products - there's no products do not count towards individual sales..

Storekit - The better product

5.0 last year

Comments: We decided to use Storekit at a time where we were on a deadline to get our venues up and running with QR table ordering and Storekit was able to do it in 36 hours. This dedication to getting this project launch quickly but correctly was a fresh of breath air among hospitality partnerships.

Pros:

The most amazing part of StoreKit is how easy is it to use. This is particularly important to any business as employees rarely welcome change from the get go, but with StoreKit, everyone was happy to learn and use it due to its smooth and efficient programming.

Cons:

I would of liked to have StoreKit integrated directly into our POS but I am fully aware that this is not possible not because StoreKit does not want to, but because the POS system itself does not want to, meaning it is out of their hands.

Easy to use ordering system

5.0 5 months ago

Comments: Storekit has been easy, free to set up, and saved me a lot of time and effort with its online menu and ordering. Customers have also praised it as it allows me to open up pre orders in advance and plan events properly. I cant do without it!

Pros:

I found storekit really easy to set up, it gave me an online menu and ordering system which also allows for pre orders.

Cons:

I would like to be able to delete items from my menu rather than just archive them but this is very minor admin tidying issue, not really a probkem.

A lot of pros… very few cons

5.0 3 years ago

Pros:

The fact that customers can pre order and order For the night on the night, and just auto Print the order using a mobile WiFi router, just the whole package really seems to fit exactly what we were after, and the constant development since we first joined, constantly improving and feedback and requests are always listened to

Cons:

A more mobile friendly app To use on the go, And the over booking possibility, as if 3/4 people are on check out at same time could cause over bookings

Online trading with your hand held

5.0 3 years ago

Comments: Very enjoyable and helpful.

Pros:

Approachable company to work with, helpful and intuitive software. I built a E shop in an evening then refined it daily, an easy foot into e-commerce.

Cons:

Fees for transactions are not as keen as my other suppliers, but then then thats how this business is funded so it a fair price to pay, adding on a £1 per transaction fee at our end covers the %

"Up and running in 20 minutes" is not an exaggeration!

5.0 4 years ago

Comments: This is a solution that I can see several of my customers using. I think SK Order & Pay could be almost a perfect fit for any hospitality business wanting to set up an online food sales service, while avoiding the commitment and commissions that the larger players impose.

Pros:

SK Order & Pay is extremely intuitive to set up and to navigate around, so it's easy to play around with changes and make tweaks while learning how to set up and use it. The customer-facing website it produces is clean and slick-looking and the actual ordering steps -- arguably the most important part of what this software does -- are fast to load and again intuitive.

Cons:

There's honestly nothing at this stage I can criticise. We haven't yet deployed it in a real-life situation so I can't comment on its reliability, but the fact so many recognisable brands are using it gives me confidence that it will be reliable in the field.

Storekit is a great product

5.0 3 years ago

Comments: Brilliant! [SENSITIVE CONTENT] has been there every step of the way and the system is easy to navigate!

Pros:

Really intuitive and everything looks great once set up. It will be easy to train others to work the software

Cons:

Allergens for modifiers would be useful but that is in the pipe work so not really a con!

Table ordering magic..

5.0 2 years ago

Comments: i have moved from another table ordering POS company and am very happy that i made the move.

Pros:

the layout and visuals to customers. the ease of use for people to spend money at the venue. the data reports work very well.

Cons:

that we have to use a stationary POS like Lightspeed to fully integrate

Amazing value

5.0 3 years ago

Comments: Great

Pros:

Other companies may charge a hefty fee for an online ordering system as smooth as storekits. You get more than what you pay for here as it's free. The rates for card payments are comparable to others out there so it is still competitive.

Cons:

For evening business support is at a minimum as storekit staff don't work a evening shift.
