The biggest benefit for me is the amount of time it saves. I’m an online coach alongside a full-time job, so having workout programming, client tracking, nutrition, check-ins, measurements, messaging, education, onboarding, forums and integrations with apps and wearables all in one platform makes managing my clients much more manageable. My clients particularly like the education resources, the ease of using and tracking their workouts, and being able to communicate with me directly through the platform. From a coaching perspective, I also like the exercise library and the amount of information I can use to monitor client progress. It’s easy to use once you’ve learned your way around the platform. I’ve previously used Trainerize, and I find Everfit considerably more integrated and intuitive. > > **Cons**: There are areas I’d like to see improved. A lot of the useful features sit behind different pricing tiers, and the cost of larger client banks can make some of the more advanced functionality harder to access for a growing coaching business. I’d also love to see deeper AI and wearable-data integration, particularly the ability to analyse client data more intelligently and turn it into genuinely personalised training recommendations. > > The AI Workout Builder is also useful. It’s particularly good for quickly putting together the foundations of a programme, which then gives me more time to drill down into the details and build something genuinely personalised for the individual client rather than starting everything from scratch. The branding and client-facing features have also made a difference to my business. Client feedback is that Everfit makes Ragnarök Coaching feel like a much larger and more established coaching company, which has helped me present a more professional experience to both existing and prospective clients. Customer support has also been excellent in my experience. When I’ve needed help, responses have been quick, helpful and responsive. The ease of access, the seamless link between health data, and tracking abilities are all fantastic. Its very secure, and I know that all my clients are there for me. Its easy to use, easy to apy, and you always get a receipt. I dont use the payment and billing in the app but im sure it works well. When you submit a workout, the data from that workout is not properly editable.
