We evaluated both Voluum and Trackonomics but we found the dashboard of WeCanTrack easier to use and the pricing more competitive. We're a large firm in the marketing, Ad-Tech and education space and we were seeking cooperation opportunities in order to enroll ourselves (we have a 6 figure/week affiliate marketing business) and our students/users into their software/progress. Not only did they not show any sign of attempted cooperation, they plainly refused our (just regular) affiliate participation application, and ignored our emails purposely (with absolutely no reason, not once did we say anything negative) for 7-10 days at a time. While the software may be good, customer respect, customer experience and customer support/communicate is 0 stars in my book.
