> Giving this company one star only because there software is great ONLY when it works. We have been using the services for two months now and had nothing but constant trouble.&#10;&#10;The help desk is selectively helpful. They are either really good or extremely useless, shoutout to \[sensitive content hidden\]&#10;they are very helpful. Most of them are just reading off their CRM instruction manuals and learning the software with you. I understand they aren't all experts but I don't enjoy being anyone's trial run. If they don't know the answer after an hour they escalate the issue which means that theatrically a higher lever technician will call you within two business days(half the time they do). This is a major problem when you are a liquor store that operates seven days a week with a major inventory problem.&#10;&#10;Our onboarding technician, \[sensitive content hidden\]&#10; did nothing but argue with us. We would send him our data and after he converted/uploaded it to BottlePOS it would not match. Upon confronting him about this he basically told us that it is what it is and what he uploaded was correct, terrible attitude and response. Keep in mind right before our conversion we did an inventory count, roughly 9000 items. After conversion BottlePOS said inventory was around 7800 and \[sensitive content hidden\]&#10; told me that it was accurate. It wasn't until I pleaded for a phone call and showed him how the data was wrong that he believed me. Even after the reupload the data still had problems.&#10;&#10;When we came on board we were told that BottlePOS would integrate with QuickBooks Online. This is true, HOWEVER, for some reason when we came on board the API function with Shogo(intermediary that they don't tell you that you have to pay for on top of BottlePOS) can't connect because of a "glitch" that occurred around the time we came on board. It took three weeks to get in contact with a level three technician after going through the help desk about six times(not an exaggeration). We were introduce to \[sensitive content hidden\]&#10;  who was helpful for about one week. After two weeks I haven't heard from him with any updates, can't get a call back or a text back. Its been about a month now and no resolution and I can't reach anyone.&#10;&#10;We received one phone call from a higher up only after we left a negative review on one of their social media pages. Sadly didn't fix any of our issues. We are going on two months of manually entering everything into QuickBooks Online, while still paying for Shogo even though the integration doesn't work. We are very dissatisfied with the service and will most likely change systems in the Fall unfortunately.&#10;&#10;I do sincerely like the product and think it is just steps away from being excellent. I can understand technology issues but the lack of communication makes it very difficult to work with any company. Two months of pure frustration.

> We’ve been using BottlePOS for about 4 years. In the beginning, it was great and very easy to use. One big reason we chose it was because we could use our own credit card processor, and they even matched our rates.&#10;But in the last 2 years, things have gone downhill. Our processing rates have gone up a lot, and now we’re paying over $12,000 more per year in fees. When we tried to switch back to a 3rd party processor, we were told it’s no longer allowed and we would have to change our POS system completely.&#10;That’s not the only issue. In last 2 years, we’ve had many problems with the software and credit card processing. About 50% of debit cards don’t go through, so we have to run them as credit, which costs us more. There are also many bugs that haven’t been fixed for over 3 months and other ongoing issues.&#10;The POS system itself still works fine for basic use, but overall, the service has gotten worse. Because of this, we’re now looking at other POS options and taking demos.&#10;If anyone knows a better POS system for a liquor store, please email us at \[sensitive content hidden\]
