> **Pros**: I have been a chiropractic office manager since 1997 and have used many different software systems from platinum to chirotouch and Chirocat is BY FAR the BEST chiropractic software out there.  It combines several adjunctive systems all into one easy to use program. Not only does it save us money, but I can message patients, gather reviews, schedule appointments from anywhere.  It's a very intuitive software system that is easy to learn.  They really have thought of everything.

> Also, the customer service is superb. Anytime I have a question Chirocat is responsive and helpful, I don't have to go through several different departments to get and issue resolved as everyone there knows what is going on. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

> **Cons**: Almost everything: billing is the worst feature. no A/R reports. billing ledger is a nightmare. they modified some things and keeps getting worse. lack of efficiency (takes 5x longer to do anything). cannot bill so if you do any insurance billing-beware. cash you may be better, but still a lot of issues with scheduling, many clicks to do something, hard to check people in/out, doesn't auto refresh (you have to manually refresh pages), the worst change we did. we are moving to another EHR stat.
