> **Pros**: O fato de cada funcionário poder bater seu ponto do próprio celular, podendo visualizar as horas positivas e/ou negativas. Ajustes podem ser realizados também pelo colaborador para o RH aprovar o ajuste e assim ficar com as horas todas certas.
> 
> **Cons**: Não há uma opção onde pode-se colocar um alarme ou um bloco de notas dentro do app como havia no app anterior que usávamos.
> 
> No geral o PontoMais mudou completamente a gestão das horas de todos os funcionários, os problemas diminuíram bastante, pois o APP anterior causava divergência nos horários prejudicando tanto a empresa como o funcionário.
