> **Pros**: The integration to flexEngage from the xml file that is sent to a central server was definitely easy overall since they can transform the data in the xml to data in the e-receipt. The design of the receipt has changed a bit since the initial configuration but that has also been fairly easy.

> **Cons**: Not a con at all but having the ability to design the email ourselves would be great to have a hand in. Basically a tool that would identify what pieces of data are being sent and where they can be used with sample templates.
> 
> The overall experience with the flexEngage has been very positive as they're attentive to our requirements. I don't personally have the ROI for this partnership but I do know it's been a great benefit to both our customers and our business.
