> **Pros**: I was working with building loads along with dispatching carriers, tracking the loads, and invoicing. The way this software would group the different stages made it very easy to work with.

> **Cons**: I had a few shippers/consignees with the same name but different addresses so it was a little annoying having to add a number or letter to get the system to recognize the difference.
