My overall experience of Gmail is positive. i've used it for years and it's never let me down. Easy to use and very reliable
Pros:
Gmail is absolutley free, so is great value for money. Easy to use with no noticiable bugs or issues. Gmail intergrates and comunicates beautifully with other google products. You can customise the theme and create folders and groups to keep all your correspondance organised. Signature creation and branding of emails along with out of office and e-mail scheduling help you run your day to day business from the office or on the go.
Cons:
Nothing to dislike about Gmal, it does what it's supposed to do and more. if all your expecting is an email service, you can't be disappointed.

Great, straightforward to use, easy to set up a custom signature, and out of office. Labels and filters work well. Delayed email sending is a feature that is totally awesome and allows the sending of service outage messages due to maintenance at prescribed times.
Pros:
Ease of setup, capabilities, multi-account facilities, alias, and platform independence. Feature-rich, but allows the ability to manage email sending from different devices, seamlessly and you can pick up from one device to another, custom signatures, delayed email sending is very easy to use, makes service outage messages really easy to manage.
Cons:
Email conversations/trails are hard to review when the trail is long. Since Gemini came along, you can ask it to summarize the email trail; otherwise hard to follow at times.

Well, as an organisation we've used it for as long as I can remember. It does exactly what it needs to do - send and receive email, securely. It handles spam and phishing (mostly) very well. Never really had any significant bugs or issues. Mobile experience is just as good as desktop.
Pros:
It's stable, seems secure, allows for easy management of emails and integrates with other tools easily. Represents great value for money - we've had it for longer than I can remember. Offers plenty of storage and a certain amount of customisation.
Cons:
Filters haven't changed in years - they could certainly be more powerful, allowing more automated sorting of emails.
Also don't like the now-frequent banners trying to encourage us to upgrade.

Excellent, love it. I think it is one of the best email service providers on the market. It's really well built to scale.
Pros:
I like that it's free. It's super easy to use, the settings and customisation is incredible and has great newsletter features too.
Cons:
Sometimes I find that the UI is a bit basic and that I can't find everything that I am looking for especially in the settings.

I have been using Gmail since forever, and I like how many options it has, almost too many
Pros:
How popular it is and most functions don't cause any problems. The spam filter is quite good. Personalisation options are something I like as well.
Cons:
Sometimes you can't do anything with your Gmail email (regarding email market for example) and I consider it a personal email with a lot of professional functions to explore. Almost too many options and poor customer service
