I use it on both the computer and on my phone. It is easy to categorise emails. I often send emails to myself from my work email and I have them in a folder on there. living in a semi rural location where there isn't always internet I have found that I can draft out emails and they save in my drafts. I have even sent emails when away from an internet source and they send once you have a connection, so there is no fear of wasting time rewriting something just because your connection was bad. I have never had to contact customer support as have not faced any issues.
