It's strongest point was the ability to customize forms and how immunizations can flow directly from administration to the immunization module. > > **Cons**: The overall user interface was not intuitive, lacked substantial reports and dashboards to benefit leadership. Obtaining medical records for legal requests was a pain as you had to download every attached external document one by one, and the caregiver documentation and immunizations separately > > The lack of innovation was concerning. Why can't they be unassigned after an evaluation? > > I left a HH agency after the transition, and came back to them a year later. The system and processes have not improved.
