> **Pros**: -This is could be tricky, Quriobot does not have the canvas chatbot creation like most of the chatbot platforms nowadays, that was something very good for me when I started using chatbot since it was easier to understand the flows. So I would consider this as a Pro.
-It is very easy to have calculations and image selections, great for budgets.
-They have many actions to choose as steps in the chat flow.
-Several demos ready to be customized.

-They don't integrate with Instagram.

> **Pros**: The templated approach to some of the Quriobot chatbot instances is a great way to get started adding a bot to your website. These are then easily customisable and can be used as a solid foundation to grow from. The way one bot can connect to another is also useful when building a user journey for your bot instance.

The tutorials and examples that the Quriobot website comes with are very useful and helpful.

> **Cons**: It can take a while to learn/remember where some features are edited when building your own bot. Some features while similar, may be edited in separate areas of the bot building process.

> The website I added Quriobot to needed something extra so the website audience had more to do than simply read content and leave. Quriobot allowed me to create a journey that allowed visitors to choose from other interactions that included signing up to an email newsletter, participating in a quiz or having additional content suggested to them based on their interests. This was all relatively easy to setup and apply to my website.

I bought a lifetime deal only for this company to downgrade me to a FREE plan and refuse to acknowledge \& honour my lifetime deal. If your looking for an honest and reliable software company this is NOT the solution or company for you. Will be surprised if they are around much longer. The company does not care about their customers. I stopped using it a long time ago and even if they honoured my lifetime deal I would not use it and wouldn't even sell it to someone else, not even. to my biggest competitor or worst enemy\!

The idea of building a bot from scratch can sound intimidating, especially for people who wouldn’t consider themselves too tech-savvy, but Quriobot’s approach and user interface make bot-building a relatively straightforward process.

One thing I’d like to have more is additional customization “power” when creating bot sequences.
