OMNIPRIVACY se destine clairement aux sociétés qui souhaitent un outil simple et complet pour gérer leur conformité au RGPD et ce, sans se prendre (trop) la tête.

OMNIPRIVACY devient le dépositaire de l'ensemble des informations RGPD d'une société (emails, demandes du citoyen, politiques, avis ...).

> **Cons**: La partie gestion des risques qui mériterait d'être simplifiée pour les personnes néophytes en gestion du risque (cf. points forts).

Ce qui est bien également, c'est qu'un responsable de traitement, pour qui l'informatique n'est qu'un outil, s'y retrouve facilement et peut réaliser ses activités RGPD.

De plus OMNINET est une société très à l'écoute de ses clients avec une très grande réactivité.

> **Pros**: Cloud-based, meertalig en flexibele tool die de uitvoering van de verschillende taken ivm GDPR-conformiteit ondersteunt, zowel operationeel als op het valk van rapportering.

> **Cons**: De vertaling van sommige schermen voldeed niet altijd (is wel opgelost).

> Wat waren de requirements?
1)	 Er was nood aan een gestructureerde manier om de accountability voorwaarden als gespecificeerd in de GDPR te kunnen voldoen zoals het bijhouden van een verwerkingsregister, het beheren van data subject access rights (DSAR), het uitvoeren van DPIA’s, het beheren van verwerkingsovereenkomsten, maar eveneens het bijhouden van uit te voeren taken die noodzakelijk waren om verwerkingen en andere activiteiten GDPR conform te maken. 
2)	Anderzijds het opzetten van rapportering omtrent DSAR, openstaande taken, etc
3)	Gebruik maken van het reeds bestaande verwerkingsregister (Excell sheets)
Laatste punt was vlot opgelost gezien de functionaliteit voorzien in Omniprivacy om bestaande informatie in bulk te importeren. Bovendien was het mogelijk de bestaande classificatie van bijv. categorieën persoonsgegevens volledig te customiseren aan de reeds gebruikte classificaties van het bestaand verwerkingsregister.
Algemeen gesproken was er steeds mogelijk om met het ontwikkelingsteam samen te zitten om bepaalde functionaliteiten aan te passen of te laten ontwikkelen. Deze laatste werden dan ook op de roadmap geplaatst.
Operationeel laat Omniprivacy toe om al de verschillende taken die noodzakelijk zijn om GDPR conform te zijn op te volgen zoals de status, de vooruitgang vs. deadlines, het bijhouden van alle communicatie omtrent deze taken, enz. Dit laatste was beschikbaar in een dashboard.
