> **Pros**: Good up front planning. Very good to work with in designing the review process itself that would be carried on the technology platform. System has been quite reliable. Good features for administering the program online. Have been able to add functions over time, such as Additional Reviewers besides the employee and supervisor; have added staff in international offices.  Account rep is very knowledgeable; conducts staff training and very good at problem solving or addressing issues; responsive and service oriented.  Some very useful pre-programmed reports for status updates, making changes, and analytics. Tech support is efficient and responsive.  Good at researching issues and service oriented.  Good flexibility in moving through the phases of the review cycle and adjusting timelines. We can grow the review program itself on their technology, given its features and functionalities.

> **Pros**: The viaPeople 360 tool is ideal for implementing 360 to our large population of managers. The tool offers a great deal of flexibility and our project management team has helped to devise creative solutions to some of our unique challenges. The user experience with the process has also been very positive. Raters love the accuracy enhancer feature as well as the ability to compare ratings side-by-side.

> **Cons**: Sometimes our large cycles (2000+) and numerous customizations can have some unforeseen challenges. Generally the viaPeople project team is quick at coming up with solutions to address these unexpected issues. Although the user interface is generally easy to use, there is the opportunity to update the interface to have a more modern look and feel. Similarly, the reports have a number of display options that are clear, but the design could be improved to display results in a more aesthetic and modern way.

> Overall, we re very pleased with both the 360 offerings of the tool as well as the high level of support that we receive from the project team.

> **Pros**: Meets needs of our performance management process.  The program is easliy accessible and users find the tool simple to use. Customer support is responsive to client needs and total satisfaction. &#10;&#10;I was not involved in the implementaion of the system.

> **Cons**: Somwhat dated in the user experience; other systems may have deeper analytical features. No integration with our HRIS.  The system is pricey.

> **Cons**: GUI could be more slick - not important as an administrator, but end users might appreciate a cleaner, more intuitive interface&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Standard Reports are good, and could be more detailed - we had to create a number of custom reports to answer key questions&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Org chart / graphic format for succession results would be helpful

> **Cons**: More expensive than other companies to create new survey and customize for each area of the company as needed; Inability to limit the number of times someone is asked to serve as a rater (provide the feedback)

> Establish template for organizations to use and customize to meet changing needs without having to set up a brand new survey each time; Reduce costs for per person administration; Sustain customer service model as it is always extremely helpful to be able to pick up the phone for any needed support\!
