> **Pros**: We were asked to help a client purchase a software that was suitable for a growing business and won’t break the bank.&#10;&#10;The best thing about this software is the price which comes with no hidden costs. There is a one-off payment for life if user does not need the payroll component of the software.&#10;&#10;The software was very easy to use with an interface that was pleasing to the eye. Customization of the software was a breeze and the developer has made it so easy to add information that every accountant or business owner needs. Information like customers and suppliers could be attached in a jiffy. &#10;&#10;&#10;Payroll management component of the software was a neat feature.&#10;The number of the employees who worked for our client was less than 200. However, from our trial data we could input limitless number of employees on the system. The customization of the software was true for the payroll management system as well. Other features that excited us included; support for multiple tax codes, printing of paycheck from the system, PDF generation of receipts, invoices and so on.&#10;&#10;The software would be a total failure if it was not able to generate reports for informed decision making. We were able to generate from our test data very accurate financial reports which included income, expenses, profit and loss, balance sheet , trial balances and many other reports.&#10;&#10;We also noticed that it was easy to customize this data in ways that even make them easier for laymen to understand.
