Good but can be better. Need to make it more customizable.
Pros:
Easy to use and not too complicated like a lot of other apps.
Cons:
Need more customizations. It’s pretty much made as “one size fits all” which is good enough for most businesses but as you grow, you might want to make it more custom.

overall I think it was a great platform, it just did not exactly fit what I was looking for so I did prefer other options. I think that if you are looking to start with a platform then this is a great option but if you're looking to transfer over I think you're better off with some of the more elite options
Pros:
One of the features I like the most about loox was how well integrated it was, although now I think it has taken a little bit of a backseat to some of the other review platforms out there in that regard
Cons:
My least liked thing about loox is that If you have previous reviews it wasn't as easy to change over to this software as it was with other ones A lot of them are able to go into some sort of generic import template but I didn't find that to be quite as simple with this one as it was with others and in fact I did not even import any of my old reviews

"The Only Social Proof App You Will Ever Need"

Pros:
It is easy to import genuine product reviews with photos for your Shopify store! To help set up social proof on your webstore and improve credibility and trust.
Cons:
They do not offer a free plan, and they do not easily integrate or embed within all themes, especially on the product description page; I was finding it hard to replace Loox's imported reviews within the existing section of my product reviews on the product page.

Pros:
Having the opportunity to import reviews, mange them, get them on time is crucial. All this increase the liv our clients and their satisfaction!
