They’re not an “instant reply 24/7” service, especially outside weekdays, but when they do respond it’s clear they’ve actually read the question. The answers are thoughtful, they try to solve the problem properly, and when something isn’t part of the product direction they explain the reasoning rather than fobbing you off. Because it’s a feature-heavy plugin, I’ve ended up doing a bit of fine-tuning with PHP/CSS (sometimes using AI tools to speed things up). That hasn’t bothered me — in my experience with more advanced software, a little tailoring is normal if you want everything exactly right. I also understand from my own time working in software (I spent 18 months at Oracle as an associate software engineer) that complex products always have a backlog, and that new releases can occasionally introduce unexpected issues. What matters is whether the team keeps improving, listens to users, and stands behind the product — and that’s been my experience here. I have spent time with the documentation, which is very detailed ( I build websites-my plan is to build environments where I and other independent contractors can work remotely and virtually) and this is very important. It takes time to set up an online business that is fully functional and supports my business objectives. Ameila makes this possible. It is the best booking plugin to date.
